Having worked alongside us for over a decade in the past, Kerry brings not only extensive expertise but also a shared commitment to building meaningful relationships, delivering outstanding service, and prioritising integrity in everything she does.
As Candidate Partnership Manager, Kerry will play a pivotal role in supporting our candidates and driving the growth of Eaton Syalon. Whilst Kerry’s name will be familiar to you within our network, to those of you who don’t know Kerry we thought we would help you get to know better, by sitting down with her for a quick Q&A session.
Q: What excites you most about joining Eaton Syalon?
A: e.g “Eaton Syalon is a fresh and dynamic business with a clear vision. I’m excited to contribute to its growth and help candidates find roles that truly match their skills and aspirations.”
Q: Can you tell us a bit about your recruitment background?
I’ve been in recruitment for 18 years working across accountancy, finance and HR. During that time, I’ve developed strong relationships with candidates and clients alike, focusing on building trust and delivering exceptional service. I have a real passion for recruitment and helping place candidates in jobs they love.
Q: What will your focus be in this new role?
As Candidate Partnership Manager, I’ll be dedicated to ensuring that our candidates have a seamless and positive experience. From the first conversation to securing their ideal role, I’ll be working closely with Dom & Jo to guide and support them every step of the way.
Q: What’s your approach to building candidate relationships?
It’s all about listening, understanding individual needs, and being proactive. I believe in transparent communication and always prioritising the candidate’s best interests.
Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to candidates looking for their next role?
Be clear on your priorities and what truly matters to you in your next role—whether it’s progression opportunities, a positive work culture, flexibility, or something else. Take the time to reflect on your skills and achievements, and don’t be afraid to showcase them with confidence. Equally, remember that interviews are a two-way process; ask questions to ensure the role and company are the right fit for you as much as you are for them. Ultimately, the right opportunity is one where you feel motivated, valued, and excited to grow.
Q: What’s your vision for your role at Eaton Syalon?
My vision for this role is to be the driving force behind building strong, trusted relationships with our candidates. I want to ensure every candidate feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Eaton Syalon. By delivering a consistently outstanding experience, I aim to not only help individuals find roles where they can thrive but also contribute to building Eaton Syalon’s reputation as the go-to partner for recruitment excellence. Long-term, I see my role as pivotal in shaping a candidate-first approach that scales alongside the business as we grow. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a real impact both for our candidates and the future of Eaton Syalon.
We’re confident that Kerry will bring immense value to Eaton Syalon and our candidates. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow our team and support professionals.
